The project aimed to transform the intralogistics operations by replacing or augmenting manual cold storage methods with a high-density automated solution. Cold-Environment Automated Storage/Retrieval System (AS/RS)

The core of the solution is a double-deep pallet AS/RS designed specifically for cold storage operations. The system stands 20.5 meters high, utilizing vertical space to maximize storage density within the facility's footprint. The double-deep racking configuration further increases storage capacity by allowing two pallets to be stored per shelf position depth.
