ZS Robotics announced a 5.5-meter low-height high-density warehouse solution built around four-way pallet shuttles for buildings that cannot take conventional high-bay AS/RS. The ZS-H125 shuttle has a 125 mm profile, 15 sensing elements for positioning and obstacle avoidance, and a 20-wheel drive intended to cut rack-rail stress by about 30%. The company said it has finished 10 projects in Japan with nearly 80 units across more than 7,565 square meters in automotive, food, print and consumer-goods sites, and more than 250 projects and 1,000 four-way shuttles globally, with overseas work making up half of 2026 projects so far.
At Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026 (September 8–11) it will debut a single-position lift plus the complete 5.5 m storage package and the Asian debut of the ZS-H125. The product targets older or height-limited warehouses where operators want shuttle-based density without a full high-bay rebuild.
