Numina Group has launched Batchbot 2.0, an advanced AI-driven order orchestration system integrating Real-time Distribution Software (RDS-WES) with AMR dispatcher modules and voice picking suite. This "human-in-the-loop" solution coordinates KUKA’s 5th Generation AI-infused AMRs with operators in zone-aisle picking environments, reducing wasted walk/drive time by over 20 minutes per hour and achieving 270-300+ case/line picks per hour—rivaling expensive goods-to-person (GTP) systems at lower cost and complexity. It addresses labor shortages and fulfillment demands in mid-to-large warehouses by optimizing AMR-operator synchronization via multi-parameter ML algorithms for proactive real-time positioning. The API integrates seamlessly with major ERP/WMS platforms, enhancing throughput, accuracy, and scalability without high-CapEx automation overhauls.
